Kerri Lynn Yoder- artist
My sister Kerri came and spent the day painting murals on the kids rooms today. I picked up a brush and thanks to her encouragement, helped. Eeek. It was so fun and I love what she did. She is a great artist, she even painted murals around her teachers doors for her senior project this year. Here are pictures of the kids rooms. Violet and Willow’s have a willow tree and some violets of course. Joseph and Jordan’s have some great bold stripes. Thanks Kerri!
Ahhh, dog at last.
I finally (after 32 years) have the big yellow dog I’ve been waiting for. Of course the kids love him, he does tricks, is so gentle, and willing to pin down any bad guy. He’s a keeper and it’s been a blessing having him around. It’s so great with 4 little kids knowing he’s on guard. Joseph Sr. is happy not to have to get up and check the house if I “hear something”. Here’s Arliss. He’s half Labrador (sweet and responsive) and half Siberian Husky (protective). If you have never watched Old Yeller, what?
Willow Bethany Branchflower
Sweet little baby girl, Willow Bethany is now 2 months old. This is her at 2 weeks. Life is good with her and the adjustment has been so smooth.
Isaiah 44:3 and 4
3 For I will pour water on him who is thirsty,
And floods on the dry ground;
I will pour My Spirit on your descendants,
And My blessing on your offspring;
4 They will spring up among the grass
Like willows by the watercourses.’
Love you Willow!
